About Kokuryuu Shiba Inu
We are a small show kennel located in Northeastern Wisconsin. We are reputable Shiba Inu breeders who do genetic health testing on our dogs, as well as doing all of the OFA/CERF health testing recommended by the National Shiba Club of America (hips, patellas, eyes). We carefully plan our litters with our next show prospects in mind, and any puppies not selected for the show ring will be available to loving pet homes. We use the information you provide when filling out an application to try to ensure that we find a proper fit for the family and the dog. The pet homes must adhere to strict spay/neuter contracts and agree to complete training classes with their new puppy.
Occasionally, we may have one of our retired adult show dogs available. We use the same process to carefully screen applicants for our adult shibas.
All of our dogs are AKC (American Kennel Club) registered and some are dual registered with NIPPO (Association for the Preservation of Japanese Dogs)
